Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return Policy carefully to discover if you are eligible for a return or exchange.

All returns must be submitted 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for a refund. Accepted item returns after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee. Seasonal items excluded.

Note: Any item that has been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, and contain the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have contacted us, please allow for 2 business days to determine if you are eligible for a return/exchange. Once a decision has been made, you will be contacted by a customer service representative concerning your request. 

If approved, please carefully read the below procedure to insure a seamless return.

1. Complete a Form

Please click here to complete the attached form to start your return process. All fields must be filled out to best determine the decision on your return.

2. Prepare the Package

Include the item(s), receipt, and packing slip. Carefully package the item(s) using the original packaging or something similar.

-If you received an ice pack or special packaging with your order, please include them in the return.

3. Ship Us Your Package

Take the package to a UPS or USPS location near you and send it to; 6770 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44129.

Who Pays?

After your request for a return has been submitted, we will contact you concerning shipping and handling costs of your return. Who pays for shipping will be determined based on the nature of your return. 

Once we receive your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). Once a refund is initialized, please allow a certain amount of days to receive your refund. A refund timeframe is based solely on your card issuer's policy. Sweeties Candy is not responsible for a delayed refund.
